From the moment they met, they knew that they were destined to accomplish kingdom work as a couple. Raven and DeVon have dedicated their lives to serving the body of Christ thru worship and teaching. After serving for years in their home church, Hope’s House Christian Ministries, God called them to the great city of Houston to serve multiple ministries. Soon they began to feel the call to plant a church, and after much prayer they finally answered the call.

Now they are beginning their journey of planting Worship Encounter Church. Their hearts for ministry are clear: To receive the broken, and release the whole. Their belief is that when leaders are given the chance to receive healing and wholeness, the whole city becomes better. With that vision branded on their hearts, they are ready to see revival hit the body of Christ and Houston changed forever.
